We Love PCA Club - The Concept - Financing our building project ourselves with pre-paid school fee
- Focus on building our income rather than investment capital
- Provide flexibility in financial management. Borrowing from member's LOC/Spare Cash without incurring extra financial burden on members
- Extra discount given to We Love PCA Club (WLPC) members -- similar to teaching staff, pastoral family or family with more than one child
- Creating a saving plan for parents with identifiable risk. Using regular cash flow to finance their membership fee instead of paying tuition fee
Qualified Club Member*
- Current parents with children staying for the 2010 academic year
The Rules- Parents select from 5 different Contribution Amounts
- The "Club membership deposit redemption right" is tradeable in full between parents but not redeemable before 2015
- Target date for Membership deposit redemption is June 01 2015
- In case the child of the membership holder leaving PCA before 2015, membership holder can chose to trade the membership or convert the membership deposit to Promissory Note and receive interest for the remaining of the Membership period, until June 01, 2015
- Charity donation portion for member will be calculated based on the effective school fee paying, excluding fee discount
